Stopped in to schedule service and an oil change but saw a new 2019 TriGlide I liked. Spent hours negotiating a deal -- which included swapping parts from my 2018 TriGlide to the new one -- and signed the papers and shook hands. All that was left to do was to show up with the title and a check. When I did, the deal we negotiated wasn't honored; Man O' War Harley-Davidson attempted to extort an additional $1,400.00 from me. This deal was approved on Sunday by the General Manager, the Sales Manager, and the Service Manager. This is ludicrous. I will not recommend Man O' War Harley-Davidson to any friends or family members because of their breach of this contract.
