I brought my bike in without an appointment on June 16th. They said it would be June 20th before they could look at it and that was ok with me. On the 20th they called to tell me the issue & that a part would be needed to ordered. That was ok also. They said it would the 22nd or 24th it would good to pick up. I called on June 27 and they said it wasnt done but would be June 28. Wasnt ready on the 28 either but that theyd get it done at 3 oclock on the 28th. Called at 3 & was told now it would be 5! We showed up at 5 & then they put a tech on it and we finally got it at 7 PM!!!
There was NO communication from the service department about any delays or updates. My wife and I scheduled 2 days of vacation to go and ride. The only riding we got in on those 2 days was in our CAR.
We were told about an out of town group that needed help and thats what caused our delay. While there may have been an out of town group or not I should have been updated with the status.
We were offered $50.00 off and a percentage off labor but thats just poor customer service!!
I work in customer service and that is just not acceptable practice in my opinion.
I felt that we were treated like Man O War was my only option and they didnt care. I have OPTIONS!
