Thank you Josh for continually creating an exceptional client experience and thinking one-step ahead. When I need service, Josh is flexible in scheduling appointments and is able to work around my schedule. When I had an emergency, he was able to squeeze me in saving a 10-day road trip. I appreciate Josh's ability to think and plan ahead regarding what my bike will need and the time involved to address it.
