My last visit to the service department was disappointing. My wife and I waited 4 hours for repairs on my 2015 street glide special. Half of the work was finished and the rest couldn't be completed due to parts shortage. In addition, the service tech didn't put the battery strap bolts back on and left the wires under the seat in a mess.
I then made an appointment to have my bike picked up to have the remaining repairs done. At the appointed date for pick up, no one showed up and no one called me.
