Very grateful to the folks at Man O War Harley Davidson. In June 2021 I was traveling from North Carolina to Devils Tower , Wyoming. About 2 miles from the dealership my check engine light came on, then my engine temperature light too. Met Josh as soon as they opened their doors for the day , and he had me in the shop within 15 minutes. He ran diagnostics and found the twin cool coolant pump was inoperative. Explained everything and the retrofit of much more efficient Bosch electric pump. Great assistance with my extended warranty. It went to the bay of Technician Tania Noble who was very professional and knowledgeable. Both Tania and Josh kept me updated on progress, and upon completion Tania explained the work that she had done. I'd rank Man O War dealership right at the top of the many Harley dealers I have done business with over the years. Sure , it was a little delay in our road trip but I'll remember this dealership and the folks favorably for years to come.
